1. Decks Will Add Space for Staging

If you want to sell your home as-is and add a contingency that decks aren't structurally sound, you'll have to lower your asking price. The thing is, you might also lose out on more offers for your home. If homebuyers who are house hunting can't even step out on your deck to take in the views, fewer potential buyers will even get to the point of wanting to make an offer.

If you have a deck on the first floor, you might want to just remove this if it isn't structurally sound.
